Natural State FPV is based about 15 miles east of Paris, Arkansas and we serve projects throughout the Arkansas River Valley.
Travel charges may apply depending on the project location and distance. For round-trip travel distances of greater than 40 miles, a $25 travel charge will apply. For round-trip travel distances of greater than 80 miles, a $50 travel charge will apply.
Any applicable travel cost will be shown or discussed before the project is confirmed.
For projects outside our normal service area, please contact us before booking so we can confirm availability and provide any applicable travel pricing.
Real estate media can be booked directly through our online ordering system. Choose a package or individual services, enter the property information, answer a few questions about the project, and select an available appointment time. Pricing and any applicable add-ons or travel fees are shown as you build the order.
After booking, you’ll have access to your client portal, where you can keep track of your order, appointment, invoices and payments, and — once the project is complete — access your delivered media and listing resources in one place.
For qualifying real estate projects, your delivery may also include branded and MLS-friendly property websites, downloadable media, and access to the Listing Marketing Toolkit for creating items such as flyers, postcards, social media graphics, and automated vertical reels.
Business, commercial, and event projects are custom quoted. Tell us about the location, what you want to showcase, and how you plan to use the finished media. We’ll help determine the right coverage and provide a quote before scheduling.
If you’re not sure what to book, contact us first and we’ll help you choose the services that fit the project.
If you place an order with us—or if we create an order for you—a Natural State FPV client account will be created using your email address and phone number.
To access your Client Portal, sign in using the email address or phone number associated with your account. The first time you sign in, you’ll receive a 6-digit verification code by email or text. After verifying your account, you’ll have the option to create a password for future logins.
Your Client Portal lets you view and manage orders and appointments, access completed listings and media, view invoices, and place future orders.
No. If access has been arranged and we have the information and permissions needed to complete the project, you generally do not need to remain on site.
For FPV flythroughs, unusual properties, commercial spaces, or projects with specific filming requirements, we may coordinate a walkthrough or additional instructions before filming.
Yes. If it makes scheduling or access easier, we're happy to coordinate with a homeowner, property owner, manager, or other onsite contact.
Simply provide the appropriate contact information and any access instructions when booking or planning the project.
The property should be as camera-ready as practical before we arrive.
For homes, that generally means clean and uncluttered rooms, clear countertops, made beds, appropriate lighting, secured pets, and vehicles moved when possible.
Every real estate package includes our Getting Ready Guide, which provides practical preparation recommendations for residential, commercial, and land properties so you know what to expect before the appointment.
For business, commercial, and event projects, preparation needs can vary depending on the location and type of shoot. We’ll provide appropriate guidance or discuss any specific preparation needs with you ahead of time.
We'll still do our best to capture the property effectively using professional judgment.
We may make minor adjustments when practical, such as straightening a small item, adjusting blinds, or moving a minor distraction. However, appointments do not include cleaning, significant decluttering, furniture moving, or staging.
Additional visits caused by property-preparation issues may require a separate appointment or fee.
Yes. We understand that schedules and circumstances can change.
Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a fee unless non-refundable project expenses have already been incurred.
Changes made within 24 hours at the client’s request may be subject to a $50 cancellation or rescheduling fee, plus any non-refundable travel, permit, rental, third-party, or other project-specific expenses already incurred.
There is no cancellation or rescheduling fee when Natural State FPV determines that weather, airspace restrictions, unsafe conditions, or another operational or safety issue requires the appointment to be moved.
We may also waive fees when circumstances reasonably warrant it.
We monitor weather and flight conditions leading up to the appointment.
If conditions prevent safe drone operations, we'll determine the best option based on the project. In some cases, unaffected portions of the appointment may still be completed while aerial or exterior work is rescheduled.
Safety, airspace requirements, and appropriate flying conditions always come first.
Real estate photography is delivered within 24 hours of the appointment.
Video, FPV edits, 3D tours, floor plans, and other specialty media require additional processing and may have different turnaround times. Expected delivery timing is provided through the service details or project plan.
For custom business and event projects, turnaround depends on the scope and agreed deliverables.
We don’t force every property into an exact photo count. The final number depends on the property’s size, layout, features, and what is needed to represent it thoroughly without adding unnecessary duplicate images simply to reach a quota.
For Real Estate Photography, you can generally expect:
Up to 2,000 sq. ft.: approximately 20–30 finished photos
2,001–4,000 sq. ft.: approximately 30–40 finished photos
Larger properties: approximately 40–50+ finished photos
For Aerial Photography, you can generally expect approximately 8–12 professionally edited aerial images showcasing the property, layout, surroundings, and key exterior features.
All final images are professionally edited and delivered in both MLS/web-ready and high-resolution formats.
Yes. Both real-estate and aerial photographs are carefully edited before delivery.
Real-estate photography is refined for balanced exposure, natural color, straight verticals, consistent lighting, and a clean, polished presentation. Aerial images are individually edited for color, exposure, contrast, clarity, and overall consistency so the property and its surroundings are presented at their best.
Our goal is to enhance each image while still representing the property accurately and naturally.
Print Quality files are the highest-resolution versions of your finished photos and are best for brochures, flyers, postcards, print advertising, and other uses where maximum image quality is important.
Web-Ready files are optimized for MLS, property websites, email, social media, and other online use. They have smaller file sizes for faster uploading while maintaining strong image quality on screens.
When downloading your photos, you can choose the version that best fits how you plan to use them.
Our Aerial Videos and FPV Property Flythrough videos are delivered in Full HD 1080p in 16:9 horizontal format.
This format is well suited for property websites, YouTube, presentations, social-media posts, and other digital marketing.
Vertical 9:16 versions are not currently offered.
Yes. Every FPV Property Flythrough and Aerial Video includes an unbranded version.
If requested, we can also provide a branded marketing version using available agent or brokerage branding at no additional charge.
The unbranded version is appropriate for MLS and other uses where agent or brokerage branding is not permitted, while the branded version can be used for social media, property websites, advertising, and other agent marketing.
When ordering an FPV Property Flythrough or Aerial Video, you can select a general music style or choose No Preference.
Natural State FPV selects licensed music that fits the property, footage, and editing style. Music preferences help guide the edit, but a specific song is not guaranteed unless separately arranged.
When your project is complete, you’ll receive a delivery email with a link to your organized online delivery area, where you can view and access the completed media from your project.
For photography, we typically provide both high-resolution files for printing and other full-quality uses and web/MLS-ready versions optimized for online use. Depending on the services ordered, your delivery area may also include aerial photography, videos, floor plans, 3D tours, property graphics, and other completed media — all kept together for easy access.
Qualifying real estate packages also include shareable single-property websites. These generally include a branded version for marketing, social media, email, and sharing with potential buyers, along with an unbranded, MLS-friendly version for use where permitted by your local MLS.
The goal is simple: your finished media should be organized, easy to download, and easy to put to work without having to sort through a collection of separate emails, attachments, and links.
We recommend downloading and saving your completed media after delivery.
Your files may remain accessible through your delivery portal, but long-term archival storage is not guaranteed. Keeping your own copy ensures you have the media if you need it again later.
For most real estate orders, payment is not required when you book. Your order can be placed and scheduled through our online ordering system, and when your media is ready, you’ll receive instructions for reviewing the completed work and completing payment.
Payment is due before final downloadable media is released for unrestricted use. Photography may be previewed through your online delivery area, while FPV Property Flythroughs and Aerial Videos are reviewed through a separate private Replay link sent by email. Floor plans, 3D tours, and other services may use their own viewing or review method.
Once payment is completed, your final downloadable photos, videos, floor plans, and other applicable deliverables are released according to the services ordered.
For eligible real estate orders, Pay at Closing through Titus may also be available. This allows qualifying clients to defer payment until the property closes while Natural State FPV is paid through the third-party provider. Eligibility and payment terms are handled by Titus.
Custom business, event, and larger or specially scoped commercial projects may use different payment schedules. Any deposit, progress payment, final payment, or other agreed payment arrangement will be clearly outlined with the quote or project agreement.
Yes. We want you to be able to review completed work before final delivery.
Photography may be previewed through the online delivery system. FPV Property Flythroughs and Aerial Videos are reviewed through a separate private Replay review link sent by email. Floor plans, 3D tours, and other services may use their own viewing or review method.
Review copies are intended for approval only and may be watermarked, lower resolution, streamed, or have downloading disabled. Final unrestricted downloadable media is released after any required approval and payment, unless Pay at Closing or another approved payment arrangement applies.
When the first edit of your FPV Property Flythrough or Aerial Video is ready, we’ll send you a private Replay review link by email.
Replay lets you watch the video online and leave comments directly on the video timeline, making it easy to show exactly where a requested change applies. The Replay link is for review and approval—it is not the final delivery link.
Please submit requested corrections or revisions within 48 hours of the review becoming available. Where revisions apply to the service ordered, one reasonable round of revisions is included.
After the video is approved, we prepare the final delivery versions included with your order, such as the selected horizontal or vertical format and any applicable branded or unbranded versions.
Final downloadable video files are delivered through your organized online delivery area after approval and payment, unless Pay at Closing or another approved payment arrangement applies.
Yes. Delivered listing media may be used by the client to market the property through appropriate channels such as MLS, property websites, social media, email marketing, and other listing promotion.
Media may not be resold, transferred, or provided to unrelated third parties for separate commercial use without permission.
For business, commercial, and event projects, permitted uses are based on the agreed project scope and intended use.
Yes, when appropriate.
Natural State FPV property websites are built primarily using media we create for the property. If you have additional photography, video, floor plans, logos, or other material you would like included, contact us and we can review it for possible inclusion.
Client-supplied media may be used when appropriate and when you own the material or have permission to use it. We will not use another photographer’s or creator’s work without authorization, and we may decline material that is unsuitable for the project or may conflict with MLS, advertising, copyright, or platform requirements.
FPV stands for First-Person View.
Aerial Video uses conventional cinematic drone shots from above and around the property to showcase the exterior, layout, surroundings, access, acreage, and overall setting.
An FPV Property Flythrough uses a smaller, highly maneuverable drone to move through and around the property, connecting entrances, rooms, outdoor areas, structures, and important features in one flowing perspective. Depending on the property and safe flight conditions, an FPV flythrough may include indoor FPV, outdoor FPV, or both, and may incorporate selected conventional aerial footage when it strengthens the finished video.
In simple terms, Aerial Video shows the property from the outside looking in, while FPV helps viewers experience how the property feels to move through and how its important spaces connect.
Drone media can be useful for many properties, but it is especially valuable when the location, land, layout, surrounding area, or relationship between multiple spaces is important to the story.
Aerial photography and video are especially useful for:
acreage, farms, ranches, and large lots;
waterfront, mountain, wooded, or scenic properties;
rural properties where location and surroundings matter;
commercial and industrial properties;
properties with multiple buildings, large parking areas, or outdoor amenities;
developments, subdivisions, resorts, venues, and other properties where an overhead view helps explain the overall layout.
FPV flythroughs are especially effective for properties and businesses with interesting spaces, movement, or a strong indoor-to-outdoor connection, such as:
distinctive or higher-end homes;
large or unusually designed properties;
restaurants, gyms, retail spaces, and event venues;
resorts, cabins, vacation rentals, and hospitality properties;
warehouses, commercial facilities, and multi-building locations; and
spaces where moving continuously through the property helps viewers understand how everything connects.
Not every property needs every type of drone media. If you are unsure which option makes sense, contact us and we can help determine what would best showcase the property or location.
Yes, when the location and filming plan safely allow it.
Before an indoor flight, we evaluate the route, available space, obstacles, people, pets, fragile items, and other safety considerations.
Not every room, route, or location is appropriate for FPV, and safety always comes first.
Yes. Commercial drone operations are conducted by an FAA Part 107-certified remote pilot.
Natural State FPV also uses a two-person flight crew, including a Visual Observer who assists with situational awareness and flight safety, and we carry commercial liability insurance.
No. Drone operations are subject to FAA regulations, airspace restrictions, weather, property conditions, people on site, obstacles, permissions, and other safety considerations.
If a requested flight cannot safely or legally be performed as originally planned, we'll work with you on the best alternative.
Both allow viewers to explore a property online, but they provide different experiences.
A Zillow 3D Home Tour is a straightforward interactive tour with strong Zillow integration and may include Zillow's interactive floor-plan experience when successfully generated.
A Matterport 3D Virtual Tour provides a more immersive room-to-room experience with its recognizable 3D dollhouse view. Matterport can be particularly useful for larger, unique, and commercial spaces.
If you're unsure which one fits the property, contact us and we'll help you choose.
Matterport 3D Tour service includes hosting while the property is actively being marketed, for up to six months from delivery.
For real estate listings, the tour may be removed from public hosting once the property closes, is withdrawn from the market, or is otherwise no longer being actively marketed, even if the six-month period has not yet ended.
If the property remains on the market beyond six months, or you need the tour to stay active for another purpose, contact us before the hosting period ends and we can discuss extended hosting options and any applicable fee.
Because Matterport tours are hosted through a third-party platform rather than delivered as a conventional downloadable file, continued access depends on the tour remaining actively hosted.
Our 2D floor plans show the property's room layout, relationships between spaces, and approximate room measurements.
Completed floor plans are delivered as JPG files for online listings, MLS, property websites, and other digital marketing use.
Floor plans and measurements are intended for real-estate marketing and general informational purposes. They are not surveys, appraisals, architectural plans, or guarantees of exact dimensions. Always follow the requirements of your applicable MLS when uploading a floor plan.
Available for residential properties only.
A Property Boundary Overlay adds approximate property boundaries to selected aerial imagery to help viewers better understand the size, shape, and general layout of the property.
The finished overlay is delivered as a JPG image that can be used alongside the rest of the listing media.
Property Boundary Overlays are visual marketing aids only. They are not surveys and should not be used to establish legal property lines.
Clients should provide any available parcel maps, survey information, known pins, boundary markers, or other useful reference information to help identify the intended property area as accurately as possible.
Qualifying real estate packages include an organized, shareable property website designed to bring the listing’s available media together in one convenient place.
Depending on the services ordered, the website may include listing photography, aerial photos and video, FPV Property Flythroughs, Zillow or Matterport tours, floor plans, property details, maps, nearby points of interest, agent or brokerage information, and other listing media.
When appropriate, we provide two versions:
A branded marketing version that can include agent or brokerage information and is ideal for social media, email marketing, websites, and sharing directly with buyers.
An unbranded, MLS-friendly version designed for use where branding is restricted by the applicable MLS.
After delivery, the listing agent can also access the property website through their client portal to update property information, adjust photo order and visibility, and manage certain website and contact features as needed.
The property website gives clients and prospective buyers a simple way to view the available media in one place, while individual photos, videos, floor plans, and other deliverables can still be downloaded separately when included with the order.
Yes. The listing agent can access the property website through their client portal after delivery and make many common updates without needing to contact us each time.
Depending on the website setup, this may include updating property information, rearranging or hiding photos, managing contact and lead-capture features, and adjusting certain website settings.
Natural State FPV sets up and reviews the property website before delivery, but the agent retains access to make appropriate listing updates afterward.
Qualifying real-estate packages include access to a built-in Listing Marketing Toolkit created from your delivered property media and listing information.
Depending on the listing, you can create and customize marketing materials such as flyers, postcards, social media graphics, and automated vertical social media reels using the photos and property details already associated with the project.
These tools are designed to give you additional ways to promote the listing without having to build every marketing piece from scratch.
The automated social media reels are separate from Natural State FPV's custom FPV and Aerial Video services.
Yes.
Commercial property being marketed for sale or lease is handled through our Real Estate Media services, where we offer dedicated commercial real estate packages.
Business promotions, hospitality, industrial sites, construction projects, tourism, and other non-listing commercial projects are handled through our Business & Commercial Media services.
These projects are custom quoted because the locations, filming requirements, editing needs, and intended uses can vary significantly.
We'll discuss what you want to showcase, build a filming plan, recommend the appropriate FPV and aerial coverage, and provide a quote before scheduling.
Event media can be created for festivals, fairs, parades, car shows, sporting events, community celebrations, corporate events, grand openings, fundraisers, competitions, venue events, outdoor gatherings, and other custom events.
Actual drone coverage depends on the location, crowd conditions, airspace, flight environment, and what can safely and legally be captured
Tell us what you're planning and we'll help point you in the right direction.
